Brian, a native New Yorker, was raised in a traditional Italian family. He learned about classic Italian food from his grandmother, and grew up appreciating the way his family came together over meals. The joy of gathering around food and appreciating one another's company is the passion behind Brian's ten years in the restaurant industry.
Darrell learned his love for Italian cooking from a childhood in Sicily, where fresh ingredients, quality meals, and a strong work ethic were the normal way of life. From the age of fifteen, he's known that his place in life was in the kitchen, sharing his passion for food with everyone he can.
